TWA 1961 Bond
Today I’m showing one of my EBay finds: A 1961 TWA Bond for $1000.
This bond was issued in 1961 and would pay the amount on June 1st, 1978.
Unfortunately, my flatbed scanner is just a bit too short to fully scan this, so the bottom is cut off. Sorry about that.

Hello…”surfing” the web and various TWA related sites, I cannot find the famous photography (B & W) of a TWA four prop tri-star(?, with three tail wings) flying over the tip of Manhattan…an aerial view of the TWA maybe taken in the 50′s or 60′s…shown in various movies, most recently I saw the photo in the movie with Jane Fonda in a “Rainy Day in New York” (?).
Also, if you know of what I am inquiring, can the photo be purchases?
